The Paloma cocktail is easily one of the biggest thirst quenchers out there, the name is derived from the Spanish word for “dove” and is an extremely well-known cocktail in Mexico.
Created in the town of Tequila, the creator, Don Javier Delgado Corona is famous for stirring his cocktails with a giant knife.
PATRÓN PALOMA
Highball glass
4cl PATRÓN Silver
1cl Lime Juice
10cl 3 Cents Pink Grapefruit Soda
Method
Combine all ingredients over cubed ice into a Highball glass, stir until combined. Garnish with a salt rim and a lime wedge or grapefruit slice.
