SUGAR SYRUP

Sugar syrup should be sweet enough to give balance and thick enough to add consistency to your cocktails. Follow the video below to find a consistent recipe to use in all of your cocktails.

Ingredients

600 ml Sugar

400 ml Boiling water

Add sugar first, then water. Water must be very hot as the temperature when mixing with sugar will drop about 15 degrees.
